Howard Sugiarso – President

Howard Sugiarso – President 

As President, Howard Sugiarso guides the strategic direction for Golden Group across Australia.  Leveraging over 25 years development experience in both Australia and Indonesia, Howard overseas the growth and management of the company and its subsidiaries with a focus on financial operations to guide future acquisitions.

Mimi Wong (AM) – Chairwoman

Mimi Wong (AM) – Chairwoman

Chairwoman Mimi Wong (AM) is central to the vision and strategic direction of Golden Group.  Mimi's 25 years of success in the development industry was recognised when she was listed as one of the top 50 influential women in Western Australia in 2012.   

Mimi is a passionate philanthropist involved in numerous charitable and not-for-profit organisations in Australia and abroad.  

In recognition of her philanthropic work, Mimi was named in the Australia Day 2019 Honors List as a Member (AM) in the General Division of the Order of Australia.

Rudy Handojo - Director

Rudy oversees the Group Business Development. He supervises the Group's direction and also project expansions. Having uniquely based in both Jakarta & Perth, he brings investors into the group and manages their investment activities as well as relations.

Andrew Sugiaputra - Managing Director

Andrew is responsible for the day to day managment of Golden Group, including new project acquisitions, project feasibility, pre-development planning, construction, marketing, sales and leasing. Andrew led the acquisition of Golden Group’s $3.8B Belmont Park Racecourse project as well as strategic negotiations for a number of top tier lease agreements.

Andrew holds a degree in Civil Engineering (Hons) from the University of Western Australia

Steven Tay - Director

Steven Tay manages Golden Group’s portfolio of Western Australian properties with a focus on delivery and operations.  Since joining Golden Group in 2003, Steven has been instrumental in Golden Group’s growth in the region assisting to build a diverse portfolio of mixed use, commercial, rural and master planned developments across the state.

Steven holds an MBA from the University of Western Australia and post graduate qualifications in applied finance from Macquarie University.
