Director Andrew is an innovator and leader in today’s young business world. As a managing director of Golden Group. His extensive real estate development experience, rigorous education and inherent business sense add a level of detail and depth to the management of all current and future Golden Group’s projects. Andrew directs new project acquisition and development for Golden Group throughout Australia. In addition to new project acquisitions, Andrew actively oversees Golden Group’s current and new property portfolio. He is involved in all aspects of real estate development, from deal evaluation, analysis and pre-development planning to construction, branding, marketing, operations, sales and leasing. After a long informal education in property through Mimi Wong, Andrew now has more than 5 years formal hands on experience in the property industry and has since sold real estates homes worth of more than $150 million to date. Andrew started his career working in the construction industry as a site engineer, then evolving as a project cost estimator and civil design. As a managing Director of Golden Group, Andrew spear-headed the lease agreement with Synergy - the state-owned Electricity Retail Corporation. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree with honours from the University of Western Australia. Leo Sugiaputra
Director Based in Sydney, he acts as a Director, managing developments in Sydney. He oversees acquisition of projects as well as the negotiation of contracts, deal evaluation, analysis and pre-development planning to construction, branding, marketing, operations, sales and leasing. Leo started his career in Advertising and Design, having received his Bachelor of Commerce from Perth’s Curtin University WA, Leo later attended San Francisco Art Academy, majoring in multimedia to gain his Bachelor of Art.

| Steven Tay Having experience in the field of technology and finance in Singapore and Sydney; Steven relocated to Perth to take on an opportunity to grow with Golden Group. Steven graduated with a Bachelors of Engineering and a Masters in Business Administration (UWA) and Postgraduate in Applied finance (Macquarie). Enzo Biagioni-Froudist Enzo is a partner at Van Der Meer Engineering. He has over 26 years of experience in the Civil Engineering field as well as in the land development and associated infrastructure. He provides technical, due diligence and project implementation services to the group. Enzo holds a Civil Engineering Degree from UWA. Sam Rizzo Sam has 15 years experience including a senior role with the City of Perth and private consultancies prior to establishing Rizzo Associates in 1994. Now a founding partner in PMdR, Sam oversees a multidisciplinary architecture and consultancy firm. His accomplished projects include international tourist developments and urban design. | |
